The quote tool

The quote interface collects gender, birth date, self-evaluated wellness category, tobacco history, preferred coverage level and policy period. This data transfers to the platform providing rates but remains off this site's systems. No personal identifiers—name, residence, phone, email—are required to retrieve pricing. Matching identical requests might be served from a brief cache to minimize redundant lookups.

Applying

When you opt to apply, the responses you entered flow into the carriers' secure application interface, which is governed by its own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, licensed as a California insurance agency (License 0B75129), supervises the submission procedure.

The contact form

The contact page asks for your name, email address, a phone number (which is optional), your preferred response method, message category and your question text. The message goes directly to the agency by email; your email is used to reply. This site doesn't retain message copies, doesn't keep databases of submissions and doesn't log the substance of messages. A brief anti-spam safety measure operates in your web browser prior to transmission.

Measurement

This website monitors page visits with cookieless, first-party analytics running from this domain itself. No trackers or stored identifiers are deployed; IP addresses are partially concealed before being saved; referral paths containing sensitive data are stripped; historical data gets purged quarterly. Devices transmitting Do Not Track or privacy-preference headers are excluded from tracking entirely.

What we do not do

We maintain strict policies against selling or sharing private information, using ad-tracking methods, or embedding external measurement software. The sole external technology present is the application platform's code on the application page, and it only loads when you navigate there.
