They don't represent an actual policy offer, assured rate, or confirmation of eligibility. The carrier's underwriting process determines your actual rate, classification and qualification status; the finalized contract and amendments supersede everything else.

No policy becomes active here. Submitting rate information, starting an application or sending a contact request doesn't establish coverage. A policy comes into effect only after an insurer approves it and you finalize and compensate for it.
